190 million pounds and Tosha Khana case, Imran Khan's lawyer's plea to stop immediate jail trial rejected

The Islamabad High Court rejected the plea to stop the immediate jail trial of PTI founder in the 190 million pounds and Tosha Khana NAB cases. The requests to stop the jail trial of founder PTI were heard, Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri heard the case. The Chief Justice remarked during the hearing that if there is any flaw in the trial, it should be rectified now.
The lawyer of founder PTI said that the reports have come but do not read them yet, the Chief Justice said that it will be necessary to satisfy the court in the light of the report. This case is kept for hearing tomorrow, Shoaib Shaheen told the court that it doesn't matter if it is stayed for two days, Chief Justice Amir Farooq said that whatever things Shoaib has to give now, he will give them tomorrow. Then you should not complain that we have given this and not that. Is it? Lawyer Shoaib Shaheen said that if the court is not giving an injunction on the proceedings of the trial court, then keep the hearing tomorrow, on which the court adjourned the hearing of the case till tomorrow.
When the hearing started, NAB Prosecutor General and Special Prosecutor Amjad Parvez and Rafi Maqsood also appeared in the court, who told the court that the report of the documents related to the court order, the jail trial notification, and the copy of the report on the court order were presented to the founder of Tehreek-e-Insaaf. Shoaib Shaheen has also been provided. During the hearing, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Amir Farooq remarked that if there is any flaw in the trial, it should be rectified now.
Lawyer Shoaib Shaheen said that the hearing is being conducted on a daily basis, the statements of eleven witnesses have been recorded. release The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court said that which trial is being completed now, let's see at the next hearing. Prosecutor Amjad Parvez said that a report was requested by the lawyer of PTI founder, Deputy Prosecutor General NAB Sardar Muzaffar. He also appeared in the court. A copy of the report has also been provided to Shoaib Shaheen, founder of Tehreek-e-Insaf, on the court's order, while the court had issued notices to NAB and the interior secretary in the jail trial case.
