February 13 deadline for federal government to recover missing Baloch students


In the written order, the federation has been asked for a final report on the arrival of all the missing persons at the next hearing. The written order states that the deadline for the recovery of the missing Baloch students is extended till February 13.

The court says that the prime minister, the secretary of interior and defense and the law enforcement agencies are not asking for an affidavit yet. If the missing persons are not recovered, an affidavit must be given, action will be taken according to the law.

The decree said that the government had given an assurance that no one would be abducted or forcibly disappeared in the future. The Attorney General assured to recover all the missing persons in any case. The Attorney General assured action against those involved in illegal activities. These statements and actions are positive signs for the better future of Pakistan. As a test case, the case of Sami Deen Baloch's father is sent to the Attorney General. Attorney General inquire about Sami Deen Baloch's father from state agencies.
