will be processed. Regarding the policy, it is also being told that if any
condition, reconciliation or waiver of any right contrary to the policy has
been given during the contract of domestic employment, it will not have any
legal status and if this change is not valid for the domestic worker. An exception
will be made if it is better than the benefits mentioned in the contract of
employment.
The scheme further provides that the arrears of the domestic
worker or his heirs will be a priority debt to the domestic employer, the
domestic worker and his heirs will be entitled to recover the arrears on a
priority basis from the assets of the domestic employer.
