 Gulf country Kuwait relaxes family visa rules for 14 sectors According to Gulf News, 

Kuwait has announced significant changes to the regulations for obtaining permanent residency for family members, in a revision issued by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Acting Minister of Interior Fahd Al Youssef, resident foreigners. Certain provisions have been amended within the administrative provisions of the Act.

It is stated that applying for a dependent or family visa for new arrivals to Kuwait under the revised Article 29 requires a minimum monthly salary of 800 Kuwaiti dinars, a university degree and a relevant occupation, although some occupations now require a degree. are exempt from the requirement of

Importantly, persons born in Kuwait or abroad whose age is 5 years or less and their parents residing in Kuwait are exempt from the salary requirement with the approval of the  Provided, that the second article of this revision assigns to the Acting Under-Secretary the responsibility of implementing this decision, which shall be effective from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette with this amendment, Article of Ministerial Resolution No. 957/2019 The following are the occupations exempted from the university degree requirement as detailed in Section 30;

 (1) Counselors, judges, prosecutors, experts and legal researchers in the public sector

(2) medical professionals, including physicians and pharmacists;

(3) Professors of universities, colleges and higher institutes

(4) School administrators, vice-principals, education mentors, teachers, social workers and laboratory attendants in the public sector.

(5) Financial and economic advisers in universities

(6) Engineers

(7) Imams, preachers and muezzins in mosques

(8) Librarians of Government Institutions and Private Universities

(9) Ministry of Health staff including nurses, paramedics, medical technicians and social service workers;

(10) Social workers and psychologists in the public sector

(11) Journalists, media professionals and correspondents

(12) Sports coaches and players in federations and clubs

(13) Pilots and flight attendants

(14) Professionals supervising burial preparations and services
