According to Dr. Eric D. Domefied, managing director of London's Manhattan Hospital for Eye, Ear, and Throat, if the pressure of work is on a person for 5 minutes three times a day, as a result, that person's eyes will turn red. If in addition to redness in the eyes, irritation and itching also occurs, then the cause may be allergy or infection, but without inflammation, irritation or itching, only redness in the eyes, then it means stress and depression. Due to high blood pressure, the delicate and highly sensitive arteries of the eyes have been damaged due to which they have burst.
So avoid keeping your eyes constantly active during work.
Rest your eyes at intervals of 15-20 minutes during work. Keep your eyes closed
for 3-4 minutes.
Placing cucumber slices or used tea bags on closed eyes also
soothes them, and this practice also calms tense nerves.
According to Dr. Dric, if the redness of the eyes persists
for more than a week, the edges of the eyelids feel painful, or the eyes begin
to discharge such a fluid due to which the eyelids become sticky and the vision
is not felt even after doing the above procedures. Consult a doctor immediately
as all these symptoms are clear signs of vision loss
